Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Buy $11 Million Dollar Mega Mansion

Our favorite Rapper/ Producer Kanye West and his Reality TV Star Girlfriend Kim Kardashian are moving on up live George and Weezie.

Kanye West and and his expectant girlfriend Kim Kardashian are building an $11 million love nest in Bel-Air, California. Now that they have a little Yeezy on the way, they'll need thousands more square feet...naturally. Yes folk's this is the same Bel-Air which the Fresh Prince made famous and the same Bel-Air which is currently home to hundreds of millionaires and Celebrities.

Our friends at TMZ are reporting that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are gutting the home and turning the mansion into their 14,000-square-foot dream home.

The mega mansion will be outfitted like an Italian-style villa and come complete with "a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool."

Oh, and Jennifer Aniston and the hottest NBA baller in town Chris Paul will be their neighbors. And though the birth may not be on their reality show, we're sure Kris Jenner will do a very public walk-thru of the home--while the baby is up from naptime--once it's built.

Mariah Carey Admits To Not Feeling Safe Around Nicki Minaj (Video)

The best singer in the game, with the top voice in the game, Mariah Carey is back at it again. Ms. Carey recently told Barbara Walters that she felt unsafe around Nicki Minaj during the recording of American Idol.

During the interview with Barbara, the 42-year-old R&B legend open up about her fear of fellow AI judge Nicki after their blowout fight:

"It felt like an unsafe work environment," she told Barbara Walters on Good Morning America Monday. "Anytime anybody's reeling threats at somebody, you know, it's not appropriate. "I'm a professional - I'm not used to that type of environment."



Mariah is of course talking about a video that surfaced where the two divas got into a heated argument and Nicki Minaj walked off set. The video went viral and sparked a lot of allegations, but the show went on and Mimi and Nicki have played nice ever since.



Mariah continues:

"Sitting there on the road with two babies," Mariah, 42, said, "I'm not going to take any chances."



Nicki went on Twitter to make jokes about their beef, but it looks like everyone is hoping their feud will help ratings for the show!

Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Turn Down Millions for First Baby Pictures

In what might be one of her savviest business moves of alltime, Reality TV Star Kim Kardashian has turned down a reported $3 Million Dollars for first baby pictures of her unborn child. The reason we say Kim turned down the money and not Kanye is because we have a strong feeling that the Kardashian publicity machine is handling all deals and negoations when it comes to the new addition to the family.
Nothing personal against Kanye, but his team just doesn't handle business as good as the Kardashian Klan.

Sources close to K&K tell TMZ ... the couple has been flooded with lucrative deals from magazines clamoring to score baby Kimye's coveted first photos, with offers ranging as high as several million. We're told the $3 million offer was from an overseas tabloid.

So far, no cigar. Our sources say the couple has no plans to sell the pics to anyone at the moment.

We're told they're aware public demand will only increase over time -- and still might consider offers in the future.

It's a pretty surprising move nonetheless, considering it's become S.O.P. in Hollywood to cash in post-baby-birth ...

-- Brad & Angelina: $4.1 million for Shiloh in 2006. $14 million for their twins in 2008.
-- J.Lo & Marc Anthony: $6 million for their twins.
-- Matthew McConaughey: $3 million for his son.
-- Christina Aguilera: $1.5 million for her baby.
-- Jessica Alba: $1.5 million ... the list goes on.

As TMZ first reported ... Kim and Kanye also nixed the idea of their baby guest starring on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" -- except while he/she is in Kim's belly.

We expect for the first baby pictures of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's  baby to command upwards of $5 Million dollars. Maybe even $10 million.
